LYONS PASSES SMOKING ORDINANCE

The City Commission passed a smoke free ordinance on November 7, 2003. It became effective in January of 2004 and made restaurants without a separately enclosed and ventilated smoking area smoke free.

 

Take Action
If you live in Lyons OR know someone who lives in Lyons who is in favor of a comprehensive smoke free ordinance, please have them write or call the City Council as soon as possible. If you send an e-mail ask the recipient to forward the email to their contacts in Lyons. Lyons residents, please make your feelings known.
