NEWTON GOES SMOKE FREE

The City Commission unamiously passed a smoke free ordinance on November 13, 2007. It became effective in January 1, 2008 and made all offices, restaurants, and bars in the city smoke free.

 

Take Action
If you live in Newton or know someone who lives in Newton please have them write or call the City Commission to thank and congratulate them on passing a smoke free ordinance that protects all workers.
